Silly In Cincinnati

So last week I was in Cincinnati - this will be a quick one because there's not too much to tell - but, long and short, I was having a blonde week.  I won't go into detail with all the eccentrically golden-haired things I did, but I will share my favorite...

I had to make copies of some questionnaires I had in my email so I asked to swing by a place to print before we hit our next account.  I was riding with my rep, Joe, and we're downtown and he says "sure, there's a fed-ex kinkos right around the corner".  We pull up to the place which is in the city and is in strip of stores.  He pulls up to the curb and says he'll wait there and I jump out and run up to the doors that he's parked in front of, grab the handle and bam - run into the glass.  The doors are locked.  I look at the Store Hour sign and the store should be open.  Hmm.  I turn around and start walking back to the car with a shrug in my shoulders, hands out in question.  I'm almost to the car and Joe just looks at me and then slowly points the other way - down the sidewalk about 10 feet there is another set of double doors, i.e., the front doors.  I roll my eyes, shrug and then reach up to pull a strand of my glistening locks in mock "blonde-blame".  As I'm pulling my hair I'm turning around to walk to the "other" doors, hair still in hand - BAM - I run into a pole....

Some days its just best to give up.  I offered no comments - no explanations.  I'm sure he was on the phone as soon as I went inside the building.

I like to think it was just the sauve Cincinnati metro area that makes me a little goofy because I was back to normal once I got home -
shut up Karl....
