A New Day

Carlene and I are on Lufthansa L360 headed to Budapest surrounded by stereotypical bright eyed Americans and fashionable and slightly loud Germans spattered with the occasional Hungarian -- which are hard to stereotype because they range from farmers to students to little old babushkaed ladies.

We're tired but excited and since we'll be getting in at 8:50 a.m., we'll have some time to kill before dinner and bed!

So step by step answers to prayer!  We got all bags checked in safe and sound.  7 bags ranging up to 70 lbs each!  And now we're praying that we land in Budapest and get 7 bags ranging up to 70 lbs each!

It's a quick hour flight and so we take off in the slowly brightening sky with a slight spatter of rain on the windows and excitement to land at our final destination in a sunny Budapest morning!

We've now landed and yay!  All 7 bags came out unharmed!

We got to the hotel, had breakfast and now we're out walking around.  Ah my Budapest!
